Responsibilities:
- Issuing and sending sales invoices in our billing systems (NetSuite) in compliance with internal company policies and procedures.
- Proactively propose and implement checks to avoid mismatches.
- Monitoring and verifying the correctness of subscription agreements and orders in our customer relationship system (Salesforce) and ensuring reconciliation of Salesforce data to NetSuite Invoiced Data.
- Uploading sales invoices through customer payment portals.
- Responsible for supporting Brandwatch sales team with providing relevant documents and information to register us as a vendor.
- Ensuring effective and smooth communication with Brandwatch's customers.
- Track, review, and complete Salesforce cases.
- Perform regular checks of Sales orders in NetSuite and fix any discrepancies.
- Be a key user of the core revenue systems.
- Assisting with monthly and ad hoc reporting to executive management and our parent company, Cision.
- Assisting in ad hoc requests within the Finance team ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability of processes.
- Collaborating with the Credit Control team on outstanding balances and billing related requests.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
- Support the team in the revenue related sub-projects within Finance: NetSuite integration, merging and integration of core billing systems, tax systems (Avalara).
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Good knowledge in accounting practices
- Ability to communicate and interact well with business partners and colleagues
- Good command of English Language
- Willingness and ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines
- Close attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- NetSuite experience desirable but not essential
